CourtFlow Help: Court hire

CourtFlow allows clubs and venues to offer online court hire and bookings.

Players can view available courts, choose time slots, and complete bookings online without needing to message organisers manually.

Availability and booking rules depend on how each club has configured their courts.

Opening court hire

If a club has enabled court hire, you will usually find it from:

  • The club page
  • Navigation menus
  • Shared booking links
  • QR codes provided by the club

Some clubs may restrict court hire access to approved members only.

Viewing available courts

Court hire pages normally display:

  • Available courts
  • Time slots
  • Booking prices
  • Session lengths
  • Current availability

Many clubs use fixed booking blocks such as:

  • 30 minutes
  • 60 minutes
  • 90 minutes
  • 2 hour sessions

Availability updates automatically as bookings are made.

Booking a court

To make a booking:

  1. Open the court hire page
  2. Select a date
  3. Choose one or more courts and time slots
  4. Continue to checkout if payment is required

Some clubs allow:

  • Single court bookings
  • Multiple court bookings
  • Multi-hour bookings

You may be able to book several courts in one checkout.

Payments

CourtFlow supports different payment methods depending on how the club operates.

Some clubs use:

  • Online Stripe payments
  • Manual invoicing
  • Cash or bank transfer arrangements

Where Stripe is enabled:

  • Payment is usually completed during checkout
  • Bookings are confirmed immediately after payment

Some organisations may still use CourtFlow for scheduling while handling invoicing separately outside the platform.

Member-only access

Some clubs restrict court hire access to members.

If you do not have access, you may see a message asking you to:

  • Contact the club
  • Become a member
  • Request approval

Access rules are controlled by the club organisers.

Viewing your bookings

You can access your court hire bookings from your account/profile area.

Depending on the booking type, you may see:

  • Court number
  • Date and time
  • Booking reference
  • Payment status
  • Multi-court booking details

This makes it easy to review upcoming bookings later.

Booking confirmations

Many clubs use CourtFlow booking confirmations as:

  • Proof of booking
  • Attendance confirmation
  • Player reference

Some clubs may also provide:

  • QR codes
  • Printable confirmations
  • Shared booking links
