CourtFlow does not charge clubs a recurring software licence. Instead, a small platform fee applies to individual paid transactions. This means costs scale with actual club activity rather than creating another fixed monthly expense. When a player pays, the club’s share is routed to the club’s connected Stripe account as part of the transaction — CourtFlow does not collect club revenue and hold it for a later CourtFlow payout.

CourtFlow platform fees are generally added to the player’s checkout total. Clubs may choose to absorb the fee where this option is available. Stripe payment-processing fees may also apply and are absorbed by the club. Stripe may apply its own payout schedule before funds reach the club’s bank account.
