Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CourtFlow, a platform operated by OReillyIT, based in Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using CourtFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.


1. Platform Nature

CourtFlow is a software platform that provides tools for clubs to manage players, sessions, attendance and payments. We act solely as a technology provider.

We are not a payment provider, booking agent, or party to any transaction between clubs and players.

Clubs are the merchant of record and are solely responsible for all charges, services, refunds, disputes and compliance obligations.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Access is provided via third-party authentication providers (including Google).

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must ensure your account details remain secure
  • We are not responsible for unauthorised access or third-party authentication failures

3. Club and Administrator Responsibility

Clubs and administrators are solely responsible for all use of CourtFlow within their organisation, including:

  • Setting and applying pricing
  • Recording attendance and participation
  • Charging players
  • Issuing refunds and handling disputes
  • Ensuring all information entered is accurate and lawful

We do not monitor or verify club activity and accept no responsibility for any actions taken by clubs or administrators.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed via Stripe. By using CourtFlow, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.

We do not receive, hold, or control payment funds unless explicitly stated.

CourtFlow may charge a platform fee (currently $0.50 per transaction unless otherwise stated).

All payment obligations exist solely between the club and the player.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect charges
  • Failed transactions
  • Refunds or disputes
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals

5. Third-Party Services

CourtFlow depends on third-party services including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and hosting providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, security or performance of these services.

6. Use at Your Own Risk

You use CourtFlow entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee:

  • Platform availability or uptime
  • Accuracy of data
  • Prevention of data loss
  • Suitability for any particular purpose

7. Data and Records

We may store and process data to operate CourtFlow, however:

  • We do not guarantee data retention or recovery
  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption or deletion
  • Clubs are responsible for maintaining their own records and backups where required

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the platform unlawfully
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Interfere with system operation
  • Upload malicious or harmful content

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for any reason including misuse or risk to the platform.

10. Disclaimer

CourtFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties (express or implied) are excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to AUD $1.00

This applies to all claims, including in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify OReillyIT against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of CourtFlow
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Any activity conducted by your club or under your account
  • Any dispute between clubs and players
  • Any incorrect charges, refunds or financial transactions

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CourtFlow constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
