CourtFlow helps clubs organise sessions, tournaments, court hire and structured play without relying on spreadsheets, group chats or manual payment tracking.

CourtFlow is for sports clubs, coaches, organisers and social groups that need to manage players, payments, courts, games and results.

Players generally sign in when they need to register, pay, join a team or enter scores. Public pages such as fixtures, ladders and results can be viewed without logging in.

Google login gives players a simple and secure way to sign in without creating another password. More sign-in options may be added later.

Players pay through Stripe. Clubs receive their share through their connected Stripe account. CourtFlow may apply a platform fee depending on the feature being used.

The club can choose to absorb Stripe processing fees or pass them on to the player. CourtFlow platform fees are separate and are not reduced by Stripe fees.

Yes. Clubs can set prices for sessions, tournaments, court hire and other paid activities where supported.

Yes. For supported events such as Rumbles, one account can register and pay for multiple players.

Rumble Mode is a structured club-vs-club competition where two clubs bring teams of players, CourtFlow generates doubles games, tracks scores and shows live results.

Where enabled, players involved in a game can submit scores. Admins and organisers can review, finalise or correct scores.

Admins can manage withdrawals, substitutes and replacement players where supported. Completed games remain part of the event history.

Yes. CourtFlow supports structured tournaments, teams, pools, fixtures, ladders and finals.

Court hire is available so clubs can publish available court times, take bookings and accept payments. Clubs can setup court hire from their Clubs page after signing in.

CourtFlow is for all sports and clubs that wish to manage attendance; the underlying tools support all sports that need courts, sessions, teams, games and payments.

The goal is to keep CourtFlow low-friction for clubs. Some features use player-paid platform fees so clubs do not need a large upfront subscription.

Refund rules depend on the club and the type of booking. Stripe fees and CourtFlow platform fees may not be refundable. Clubs should communicate their refund policy clearly.

Club admins and organisers manage their club setup, events and player activity inside CourtFlow.
