How clubs play on CourtFlow

Game Modes

From a weekly social session to a full club-versus-club Rumble, CourtFlow gives clubs different ways to organise, manage and play pickleball.

Choose the format that suits the way you want to play.

Sessions

Flexible club play for regular weekly sessions, organised games and social events.

Players register for a session. Clubs use CourtFlow to manage attendance, payments and — where a format is selected — the games themselves.

Round Robin

Rotate players through a series of games with different partners and opponents, giving everyone a structured variety of matches. CourtFlow can generate the next round or a full singles or doubles fixture list so organisers do not have to work out the draw by hand.

King of the Court

Players move through the courts based on their results, with winning players progressing towards the King Court. CourtFlow handles game progression and scoring as results come in.

Singles

Structured one-on-one play for clubs wanting to run singles sessions, including singles round robin fixtures and standings.

Doubles

Run standard doubles sessions with player registration, attendance and game management. Doubles round robin uses fixed pairs, with CourtFlow generating the team fixtures.

Club Events

Run ticketed club activities — socials, presentations and similar — with registrations, capacity and event information, without a competitive game format.

Club Events are separate from session play. If you want a play night with registrations but no generated games, create a Session using the Event format instead.

Tournaments

Structured tournament days built around four-person teams.

Teams of four compete through a structured tournament, with CourtFlow managing registrations, teams, draws, scoring and progression through pools, semi finals and grand finals.

Divisions can be set up to match the event. Rosters can use mixed gender slots, or open Player 1–4 labels when non-gender teams are enabled. Some divisions can also use a DUPR rating gate.

Need singles, doubles or mixed divisions rather than four-person teams? That is a Competition, not a Tournament.

Rumbles

Team-versus-team pickleball built for club battles and organised match days.

Clubs travel to compete against each other. CourtFlow handles registrations, lineups, courts and scoring so the day stays structured.

Standard Rumble

Players are seeded within their club and matched against the corresponding seeds from the opposition — host seed 1 faces opponent seed 1, and so on. The result is a structured club-versus-club match day.

Team Mixer

Teams of four battle another team of four in a continuous team match. Two players are on court and two are off, rotating in every combined-point interval — typically every four points. Players manage those on-court rotations; CourtFlow scores the result for the team, not as a stack of unrelated doubles games.

4 v 4 · 2 on court / 2 off · swap every 4 points

Competitions

Formal competition events where players enter individual divisions or categories.

Create competition divisions for Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Skinny Singles, with eligibility rules such as DUPR rating or age where required.

Players enter events online, nominate or choose partners for doubles, and pay through the hosting club when fees are enabled.
