Sessions are the heart of CourtFlow.
Most clubs use sessions to organise:
- Social play
- Round robin nights
- King of the Court
- Coaching sessions
- Practice games
- Special events
Sessions help clubs manage:
- Player numbers
- Attendance
- Payments
- Game organisation
- Scores and rotations
Browsing sessions
You can browse upcoming sessions from:
- The club page
- Session listings
- Shared links from clubs or organisers
Each session may include:
- Session name
- Date and time
- Venue
- Number of courts
- Player limits
- Pricing
- Session format
- Current player list
Some sessions are open to everyone, while others may be restricted to club members or invited players.
Joining a session
To join a session:
- Open the session page
- Review the details
- Click the join/register button
- Complete payment if required
If the session is full, some clubs may allow waitlists or manual organiser approval.
Session payments
Clubs can manage payments in different ways.
Depending on how the organiser has configured the session, you may see:
- Online Stripe payment
- Cash payment
- Bank transfer
- Manual payment handling
Some clubs may:
- Waive payment
- Mark players as already paid
- Offer member discounts
Your payment status is usually visible on the session page.
Session formats
CourtFlow supports several different styles of play.
Depending on the club, sessions may include:
- Social rotation play
- Round robin
- King of the Court
- Structured coaching
- Tournament-style games
Some formats automatically generate games and court rotations for organisers and players.
King of the Court
Many clubs use CourtFlow for King of the Court style sessions.
In these sessions:
- Players rotate between courts
- Winners may move up
- New partners and opponents are generated
- Organisers can manage game flow from one place
Players can usually view:
- Their current game
- Court assignments
- Opponents
- Scores (if enabled)
Viewing games and scores
Some organisers enable live game tracking.
When enabled, players may be able to:
- View upcoming games
- See court assignments
- Enter scores
- View ladders or rankings
- Follow session progress live
Other clubs may use CourtFlow only for attendance and payments.
Past sessions
Some clubs keep archived sessions available for players.
This can allow you to:
- View previous attendance
- Review past scores
- See previous game results
- Track session history
Availability depends on how the organiser has configured the club.

Opening the shared link usually takes you directly to the session registration page.
