- Handle payments
- Organise games
- Run tournaments
- Manage court hire
- Reduce spreadsheet and messaging chaos
This guide covers the most common organiser workflows.
Creating your club
Organisers can create a club profile to act as the central hub for their sessions, court hire, tournaments, and player community.
A club profile may include:
- Club description
- Logo
- Contact details
- Venue information
- Pricing notes
- Sessions and events
Many clubs begin by creating:
- One social session
- Basic pricing
- A small group of players
Many clubs begin with those basics before expanding further.
Running your first session
Most clubs start with a simple social session.
Typical setup includes:
- Session name
- Venue
- Date and time
- Court count
- Maximum players
- Pricing
- Session format
Once published, players can:
- Join online
- Pay online (if enabled)
- View session details
- Track attendance
Many organisers share the session link directly through:
- Facebook groups
- Messenger
- QR codes
Managing player payments
CourtFlow supports both:
- Online Stripe payments
- Manual payment handling
Some clubs:
- Collect payment online immediately
- Accept cash on arrival
- Use bank transfer
- Invoice externally
Organisers can also:
- Mark players as paid
- Waive player fees
- Issue session credit (where supported)
This flexibility allows clubs to gradually transition away from manual admin if desired.
