Maroondah Classic 2026 - Teams Event 1 November 2026 Teams Event 8:15am to 16:45pm Divisions to choose from: <3.0, 3.0 to 3.49, 3.5 to 3.99, 4.0+ Indoor Courts - find the division that suits your game best. (Note: Outdoors can be added if more teams wish to enter) Cost: $65 per person (this includes admin, software & stripe fees plus your tournament entry) Round Robin Format includes 5 rounds. Each round consists of: 1 x Mens Doubles, 1 x Womens Doubles, 1 x Mixed Doubles & 2 x Mixed Doubles for all divisions. You may switch your mixed partners throughout the rounds. 6 teams maximum per division. 5 rounds of 4 games per round. Each team member will play 10 games over the day. No finals. 1 x championship trophy awarded to the winners of each division. (ie One trophy per person in the winning team). Notes for Teams Day: Tournament Director has the right to: - review, and possibly alter the rating of players who self-rate below or above their actual ability to maintain credibility of divisions for those entered - move players and teams between skill level divisions if on verification the wrong event has been entered Cancellation/refunds: Due to this event being indoors with air conditioning their will be no refunds post close of registration date. Registration closes 21 October 2026 5pm. Refund requests (less admin, software & stripe fees) for cancellation up to 10 days prior to start of tournament to be forwarded via email to karen@beyondthepickledome.com.au. Include your bank details. These will be refunded as soon as practical up to the tournament start date. Ideally, if you cannot fulfil your team commitments the best solution is to find your own replacements. Health & Safety: Please make sure you only register if you are physically fit and able to play in this tournament. Warm up before and cool down after each match. If in doubt please consult your doctor. You are responsible for your own welfare and safety. By registering through this software you have agreed that Beyond the Pickledome and its parent company Beyond the Lens Tours P/L will not be responsible or liable for any compensation, costs, damages or losses arising from your participation in this event. Lunch/Food/Drinks Options: We are working with local suppliers for a coffee van & potential food options for lunch. A drink vending machine is available indoors. Water Fountains are also located within the indoor stadium.
